Returns & Exchanges.

All sales are final. Once defective or damaged items are received, returns and exchanges are permitted within two days of notification (support@mala-hoo.com). If the item purchased is in stock, customers will receive an exchange; otherwise, a return will be initiated. This does not include shipping costs, as shipping is non-refundable and covered by the customer. Please note: all items are inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure quality assurance, and damages made by the customer will be considered ineligible for any return or exchange.

Size adjustments are allowed within 3 days of receiving your package. Please be aware that size changes are subject to availability and are only possible if the item is in stock. Your item must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it in order for it to be accepted for exchange. Lastly, the customer would be responsible for paying for all shipping charges if the item was approved for an exchange.

Upon receiving returns, an inspection will be conducted to validate concerns before issuing an exchange or a refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that the credit card or banking process may cause a delay in the refund process following confirmation.
